【Abstract】 China’s urbanization trend is expanding to the west.To speed up the urbanization of the western ethnic areas,we should be able to govern the counties more effectively in accordance with the actual conditions of these areas and make full use of the resources.Great effort should also be made to explore the county’s attraction to the residents and increase its cohesiveness and development capacities to make the county a major destination for the migration of the western farmers and to realize the ’county-based’ urbanization model.更多还原
