丢糟和副产硫酸生产白炭黑的工艺研究

【摘要】 利用酒糟锅炉燃烧后的丢糟灰为原料,以氯碱企业中氯气干燥后产生的副产硫酸为酸化剂,采用沉淀法对白炭黑制备的工艺进行了试验研究。结果表明,采用沉淀法制备白炭黑工艺条件为:丢糟灰碱液比为1∶1.4,碱化处理时间4h,加酸速度为0.06mL/g.min,搅拌速度40 r/min,产物比表面积为189.0m2/g,制备的白炭黑经质量检测符合国家产品标准。

【Abstract】 The production process of white carbon black(SiO2·nH2O) was studied with the rice husk ash as the silicon resource and the by-product sulfuric acid from the chlorine dehydration process in soda production as the acidifier.The experimental results showed that the optimal conditions for the preparation of white carbon black by way of precipitation were feed ratio(ash:alkali) 1∶1.4,alkali treatment time 4h,sulfuric acid velocity 0.06 ml/g·min,stirring speed 40r/min.Under the optimal conditions the dissolving rate of silica from rice husk by alkali reached 92.4%,and the yield of white carbon black(SiO2·nH2O∶ash) reached 52.5%,and the product got a specific surface area of 189.0 m2/g .The quality inspection on white carbon black showed that the product met the national product standard.
