【Abstract】 When Hunan pushed the transformation of economic development pattern,under the new strategy of industrialization,agricultural modernization,urbanization and informatization,as well as resource-saving and environment-friendly,some new economic growth points with low carbon emission were stressed and fostered.Environmental protection was considered as the entry gate and regulator,and more innovations were encouraged.Strategic industries and low carbon cities were built.A comprehensive environmental treatment on Xiangjiang River was carried out to establish resource-saving and environment-friendly industries in Jiuhua,Xiangtan.The low carbon economy would push the fast development in Hunan in a sustainable way.更多还原
