运行工况下车内噪声的能量传递路径分析

【摘要】 传递路径分析是分析车辆噪声的重要手段。针对在中高频范围内,产品不同个体的频率响应函数的幅值和相位均存在较大差异的现象,提出了运行工况下的能量传递路径分析。并应用于某重型商用车的车内噪声分析,对分析结果进行了验证。结果表明,和传统的传递路径分析结果相比,在同样的求解条件下,能量传递路径分析得到的传递函数的稳定性更好。

【Abstract】 Transfer path analysis is an important tool to analyze the vehicle’s interior noise.In medium and high frequency range,there exist significant variations in transfer functions among individual products which are produced to be identical.To provide more universal and instructive analysis results to the ensemble of products,operational transfer path analysis based on energy is put forward and applied to the interior noise analysis of a heavy truck cab.Results of the analysis are validated by comparison with those of test method.Comparison of the results with those from the traditional operational-transfer-path analysis method shows that under the same given condition,the transfer functions estimated by the new method are more stable.
