【摘要】 目的对比观察改良W-S银染法与传统W-S银染法检测幽门螺杆菌的临床效果。方法对380例因消化道症状在本院就诊的患者采用改良W-S银染法与传统W-S银染法检测Hp,同时进行快速尿素酶试验(RUT)检查,RUT法和改良W-S法或传统W-S法之一同时阳性时诊断为标准Hp阳性。结果 380例患者中共318例检测出Hp感染,感染率为83.7%,其中消化性溃疡组的感染率最高,为98.1%,显著高于胃炎组和胃癌组的Hp感染率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改良与传统W-S法检测Hp感染的阳性率分别为82.1%和79.2%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);改良W-S法的敏感性为98.1%,特异性为91.9%,符合率为97.1%;传统W-S法的敏感性为94.7%,特异性为85.5%,符合率为93.2%,组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种W-S银染法检测幽门螺杆菌的效果相近,与传统W-S银染法比较,改良W-S银染法试剂配制更为简便,组织着色牢固稳定,而且成本低廉,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of improved W-S silver staining with traditional W-S silver staining to detect Helicobacter pylori.Methods 380 patients with gastrointestinal symptoms received modified W-S silver staining,traditional W-S silver staining and rapid urease test to detect Hp,took two positive results as the standard Hp positive.Results 318 cases were detected having Hp infection,the infection rate was 83.7%,of which the peptic ulcer group had the highest infection rate of 98.1% which was significantly higher than gastritis group and gastric cancer group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the positive Hp detection rate of improved and traditional W-S method were 82.1% and 79.2% respectively,there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05);the sensitivity,specificity and coincidence of improved W-S method were 98.1%,91.9% and 97.1% respectively;while in traditional W-S method they were 94.7%,85.5% and 93.2% respectively,there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The two kinds of W-S silver staining have similar efficacy to detect Hp,compared the traditional W-S silver staining,modified W-S silver staining have some features like the convenience of reagents preparation,fastness and stability of tissues coloring and low cost,so it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
