【摘要】 目的分析DNA甲基转移酶1(DNMT1)在食管癌组织中的表达情况,探讨DNMT1在食管癌中表达的临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法,对62例食管癌组织中DNMT1的表达进行免疫组化染色。结果 DNMT1在食管癌组织和癌旁组织中表达率分别为85%、11%,癌组织中DNMT1主要表达于肿瘤细胞胞浆中。DNMT1的表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤直径、病理学分级、浸润深度及淋巴节转移状况无关。结论 DNMT1在食管癌组织中有显著表达,且其表达主要由肿瘤细胞产生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the expression of DNMT1 in esophageal carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods S-P immunohistochemical staining was used to investigate the expression of DNMT1 in 62 cases of the tumor tissue.Results The positive rate of DNMT1 expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were 85%,11% respectively.DNMT1 was mainly distributed in cytoplasm of tumor cell.The expression of DNMT1 in tumor was not related with patient’s gender,age,tumor diameter,infiltration,pathogical grading or lymph node metastasis ststus.Conclusion There was the significant expression of DNMT1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and HDAC6 was mainly produced by tumor cells.更多还原
