不同运动负荷对大鼠海马神经c-fos表达的影响
The influence of different exercise load on the express of Rat hippocampal neurons c-fos
【摘要】 目的探讨不同运动负荷对大鼠海马神经c-fos表达的影响机制。方法将40只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为对照组和每天进行15 mins、30 mins、60 mins的小、中、大负荷游泳训练的实验组。实验8周后,利用S-P免疫组化法,检测海马神经c-fos的表达水平。结果与对照组相比,中、大运动负荷组均具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);与小强度负荷组比,中、大运动负荷组具有显著性和非常显著性的差异(P<0.05和P<0.01);大强度负荷组显著高于中等强度负荷组(P<0.05)。结论脑海马神经c-fos表达水平,随着运动负荷的增加而显著表达。
【Abstract】 Objective Explore the influence of different exercise load on the express of Rat hippocampal neurons c-fos.Methods Put forty Wistar male hippocampal neurons into control group,and experimental groups which take the small,middle and large swimming training load for 15 mins、30 mins and 60 mins everyday.After 8 weeks of experiment,use S-P immunohistochemistry to detect the expression level of hippocampal neurons.Results Compare with the control group,the middle and large experimental exercise load groups have highly significant difference(P<0.01).The middle and large experimental exercise load groups have significant difference and highly significant difference(P<0.05和P<0.01)compare with the small experimental exercise load group;The large experimental exercise load groups significantly higher than the middle group(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression level of brain hippocampal neurons c-fos expresses significantly with the increasing of exercise load.
