【摘要】 目的探讨磷酸肌酸钠对缺血性心肌病患者心功能及心率变异性的影响。方法缺血性心肌病患者66例,随机分为常规治疗组(A组,n=33)以及磷酸肌酸钠治疗组(B组,n=33),应用超声心动图检测患者左室射血分数(LVEF);应用24小时动态心电图(Holter)检测患者心率变异性(HRV)。用药治疗2周,观察治疗前后的指标变化。结果 2组治疗前各项指标差异无统计学意义。治疗2周后2组患者LVEF及HRV均较治疗前升高。但磷酸肌酸钠治疗组改善幅度较常规治疗组大。结论磷酸肌酸钠可以改善缺血性心肌病患者的心功能和心率变异性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the effects of Creatine Phosphate Sodium on heart function and heart rate variability(HRV) in optimally treated patients with heart failure of ischemic origin.Methods 66 patients with ischemic myocardiopathy were randomized into standard therapy group and Creatine Phosphate Sodium group.These patients in latter group were added Creatine Phosphate Sodium in addition to standard therapy.Left ventricular election fraction(LVEF)were measured by color echocardiogram.While heart ate variability was also determined by Holter.Results Significant increase in LVEF after treatment were observed in both group.But LVEF improved in Creatine Phosphate Sodium group more than those in standard therapy group(P<0.05).HRV also improved was observed in both group after treatment,The more significant improvement was observed in Creatine Phosphate Sodium group.Conclusion Adding Creatine Phosphate Sodium to optimal medical therapy in patients with heart failure of ischemic origin may improve heart rate variability in association with improved left ventricular ejection fraction.更多还原
