【摘要】 目的探讨波形蛋白(Vimentin)在肾癌组织中的表达与病理分期、分级及预后的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测38例肾癌组织中Vimentin的表达。结果 Vimentin表达阳性率,在肾癌组织中为78.9%,在癌旁组织中为5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);Vimentin在肾癌组织中的表达,是预后不良的指标,随病理分期、分级的增高,有升高趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Vimentin在肾癌组织中的高表达有助于明确诊断,可作为肾癌分期、分级及预后判断的指标,对肾癌术后辅助治疗,可能有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate vimentin expression in renal cell carcinoma(RCC) and its association with pathological stage,grade and prognosis.Methods 38 cases of renal cell carcinoma were analysed for vimentin expression by immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rate of vimentin expression in RCC was 78.9%,while it was 5% in normal renal tissue,There was the significant difference between RCC and normal tissue(P<0.001);Up-regulation of Vimentin expression in RCC associated with poor prognosis,progressive clinical stage(P<0.05) and high pathological grade(P<0.05).Conclusion Overexpression of vimentin may help to diagnose and may be as an indicator to stage,grade and predict outcome in RCC.It will be available for postoperative adjuvant treatment in RCC.更多还原
