茵陈蒿汤对急性胰腺炎小鼠胰腺组织病理影响的研究

【摘要】 目的了解茵陈蒿汤对急性胰腺炎(AP)小鼠胰腺组织的影响。方法健康雄性昆明小鼠110只,分为正常对照组(10只)、AP模型组(50只)、茵陈蒿汤治疗组(50只),在注射L-精氨酸(L-Arg)后6 h、12 h2、4 h4、8 h7、2 h不同时间点,进行胰腺组织病理检查和炎症病理评分分析。结果注射L-Arg后48 h胰腺组织炎症病变最为严重,病理评分分值最高。应用茵陈蒿汤治疗后,不同时间点(6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h)AP模型小鼠胰腺组织的炎症反应明显减轻(2.36±0.12,2.63±0.13,3.01±0.07,3.21±0.10,2.70±0.05),与模型组(2.83±0.10,3.33±0.12,4.33±0.09,4.38±0.11,3.80±0.06)比较,病理评分分值差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论茵陈蒿汤能减轻AP模型胰腺组织的炎症病理改变,对胰腺组织结构有一定保护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Herbae Artemisiae Capillariae Decoction(HACD) on pancreatic tissues of mice with acute pancreatitis.Methods Methods 110 healthy male Kunming mice were divided randomly into 3 groups:normal group(n=10),model group(n=50),HACD-treated group(n=50).The pancreatic histologic changes were examined and scored respectively at 6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h,72 h after L-Arg injection.Results At 48 h after L-Arg injection,the inflammatory changes in the pancreas were the most severe,and the histological score of pancreatitis was the highest.In the HACD-treated groups,the inflammatory reaction of AP mice model pancreatic tissue was markedly alleviated at different time(6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h,72 h),the histological scoring value was distinctly different compared with model groups(P<0.05).Conclusion HACD may markedly alleviate the pathologic changes of pancreatic tissue in AP mice model,What’s more,there are some protective effects towards pancreatic tissue.
