【摘要】 阿德呋啉属核苷酸类化合物,通过干扰球虫嘌呤代谢而发挥抗球虫作用。为评价其抗球虫效果,将该药分别以306、0、90 mg/kg浓度添加于饲料中治疗人工感染鸡球虫病,同时以磺胺喹噁啉500 mg/kg浓度拌料给药作为对照。结果表明,阿德呋啉高剂量组(90 mg/kg)具有良好的抗球虫效果,其抗球虫指数为183.2;中、低剂量组(306、0 mg/kg)与磺胺喹噁啉则疗效很差,抗球虫指数均在120以下。故建议阿德呋啉治疗剂量为90 mg/kg。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adprin is a compound of nucleoside with anticoccidiosis activity by interfering with the purine metabolism pathway of coccidia.Adprin was used to feed at the dose of 30,60,90 mg/kg for evaluating the anticoccidial efficacy chicken of artificial coccidiosis.Sulfaquinoxalinum was used for control.The results revealed that the dose of 90 mg/kg adprin had high efficacy with the ACI 183.2.But the moderate and lower dose of adprin and sulfaquinoxalinum had low efficacy with the ACI below 120.So the dose of 90 mg/kg was recommended.更多还原
