【Abstract】 The impact factors in the evaluation on the uncertainty of measurement for the determination of decoquinate in chicken meat by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS) was analysed and evaluated.The expanded uncertainty was 0.56 μg/kg.The results showed that measurement repeatability,the preparation of standard solution and internal solution were the main factors in the evaluation on the uncertainty of measurement for the determination of decoquinate in chicken meat.更多还原
