【摘要】 【目的】使用18F-FDG符合线路显像检测淋巴瘤病灶最高瘤/非瘤(T/N)比值及4疗程化疗前后最高瘤/非瘤(T/N)比值下降百分率,研究其与患者预后的关系。【方法】回顾性分析33例淋巴瘤患者资料,最高T/N比值是通过ROI技术获得,作为连续型变量进行分析,并把最高T/N比值及化疗前后最高T/N比值下降百分率分成低值与高值两组,进行统计分析。将33例淋巴瘤患者按国际预后指数(IPI)评分分为0～1与2～4两组,对化疗前两组间淋巴瘤病灶的最高T/N比值进行统计分析。【结果】T/N比值低的分组患者预后相对较好(P=0.003);4疗程化疗前后最高T/N比值下降百分率≥77.1%的患者预后相对较好(P=0.037)。在IPI(0～1)与IPI(2～4)组间病灶最高T/N差别有统计学意义(P=0.032)。【结论】本研究提示淋巴瘤病灶最高T/N比值及4疗程化疗前后最高T/N比值下降百分率均有一定预后价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the relationship between prognosis and the highest tumor to non-tumor radioactivity ratio(T/N) in lymphomas by means of(18)F-FDG coincidence imaging using region of interests(ROI).[Methods] A retrospective analysis of data from 33 cases of lymphomas was conducted.The highest T/N ratio was obtained by ROI and analyzed as continuous variables.Patients were divided into two groups(low-value and high-value groups) according to the highest T/N ratio and percentage reduction in the T/N ratio before and after 4 cycles of chemotherapy,.respectively..Thirty-three cases of lymphomas by the International Prognostic Index score were divided into two groups(0-1 versus 2-4).Relationship between prognosis and parameters above was investigated by statistical analysis.[Results] The low-value group in T/N ratio demonstrated better prognosis(P = 0.003).Before and after 4 cycles of chemotherapy,.the percentage reduction in highest T/N ratio ≥ 77.1% was correlated with better prognosis(P = 0.037).Between IPI(0-1) and IPI(2-4) groups,difference in the highest T/N was significantly different(P = 0.032).[Conclusion]This study suggests that T/N ratio in lymphoma lesions and percentage reduction in T/N ratio before and after 4 cycles of chemotherapy have a certain prognostic value.更多还原
