【摘要】 运用观察法、专家访谈法、文献资料法,对莆田市部分中学的青少年排球队自由人的培养和训练方法进行了研究分析.结果表明:自由人的重要性往往被忽视,在比赛中没有采用自由人来弥补一些防守差的队员.本文对自由人的基本技术训练、心理素质训练和作风以及战术意识的培养作的探讨.并提出了相应的解决方法.为青少年排球自由防守队员的训练提供一定的参考.更多还原

【Abstract】 This article analyzed training methods of teenagers volleyball team free man of partial middle schools in Putian city,Using the methods of observation,expert interviews and literature material.The results of the study show that the importance of free men in the volleyball team is often neglected,without using free men of volleyball team to compensate some defensive poor players in the game.This paper discussed the training of the basic technical,psychological diathesis,combat style and tactical awareness of free men in the volleyball team,and put forward corresponding solutions to providing reference for training free men in the teenagers volleyball team.更多还原
