功能饮料中功能因子绿原酸测定的SPE-HPLC法

【摘要】 目的:建立固相萃取-高效液相色谱技术(SPE-HPLC)测定功能饮料中绿原酸的分析方法。方法:采用固相萃取技术作为凉茶饮料的前处理方法,对样品进行净化处理,并联合高效液相色谱法对功能饮料中的功能因子绿原酸进行了测定。结果:SPE-HPLC法测定凉茶功能饮料中绿原酸的相对偏差小于2%,并且在1.0μg/mL 100.0μg/mL浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为0.1μg/mL。结论:PSE-HPLC法具有快速,定量准确,线性相关性理想,可适用于功能饮料中绿原酸的测定。

【Abstract】 A analytical method based on solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography is established for determination of chlorogenic acid in functional beverage.Method:Samples were purified with C18solid phase extraction,the functional factor chlorogenic acid was analyzed with HPLC.Results:The calibration curve was linear within the range of 1.0μg/mL100.0μg/mL with the relative calibration deviations under 2%.The detection limit was 0.5μg/mL.Conclusion:The method of SPE-HPLC is fast,accurate for determination with good linear coefficient.It could be used for determining the chlorogenic acid in the functional drinks.
