【摘要】 目的探讨超声检查在宫外孕临床诊断中的价值。方法回顾分析我院140例可疑宫外孕超声检查情况,将超声结果与临床病理以及随访资料进行对比。结果 140可疑病例中,经临床手术及保守治疗最后确诊124例,假阳性4.8%,假阴性2.6%,诊断准确率为88.5%。其中,流产型12例,破裂型54例,未破裂型22例,陈旧型42例。结论超声检查在宫外孕诊断中能够提供有价值的信息,可对绝大部分宫外孕进行准确诊断。检查迅速且无痛苦、无创伤,可作妇产科急症首选的检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the value of the ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of cctopic pregnancy.Methods A retrospective analysis on 140 cases suspected as extra uterine pregnancy diagnosed by ultrasound examination was performed.Results The 140 cases were diagnosed to be ectopic pregnancy by ultrasonography and 124 cases were confirmed by clinica1.The false positive and the false nega-five rates were 4.8% and 2.6%,respectively.The diagnostic accuracy rate was 88.5%.In the 140 cases of ectopic pregnancy,miscarriage12 cases,breach-54 cases,unbroken-22 cases;dated-42 cases,Conclusion The nltrasonography provides signlficant information for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,and it is also painless and woundless.It could be a preferred method for emergent diagnosis ectopic pregnancy.更多还原
