【摘要】 目的探讨外伤致食管破裂的外科手术疗效及治疗安全性。方法通过对本院2006年2月至2009年2月12例外伤致食管破裂患者,根据破裂的部位选择不同的手术方式,术后随访4～7年。结果本研究治愈10例,治愈率83.33%,死亡2例,死亡率16.67%,均因感染导致。结论外伤性食管破裂容易造成患者死亡,迅速诊断和及时治疗是保证成功率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the trauma caused by the rupture of the esophagus and the efficacy of surgical treatment of security.Methods The hospital in February 2006 to February 2009 caused by traumatic rupture of the esophagus in patients,according to the broken parts of the different surgical options were followed up for 4～7 years.Results The cure in 10 cases,the cure rate was 83.33%,2 patients died,the mortality rate 16.67%,were infected by lead.Conclusion Traumatic rupture of the esophagus in patients likely to cause death,rapid diagnosis and prompt treatment is critical to ensure success.更多还原
