【摘要】 目的探讨超声对小儿肠套叠的诊断价值。方法对112例肠套叠患者进行超声检查,并与气钡灌肠术后、手术后结果对照。结果 112例患者中,超声诊断肠套叠112例,诊断符合率100%。结论超声诊断肠套叠方便快捷。诊断准确率高,并能与其他类型小儿急腹症进行鉴别诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of the ultrasonie diagnosis of infant intussuseeption.Methods Uhrasonography was performed in 112 cases of infant intussusception and the results were rompared with double air-barium contrast exanfination and operation.Results The ultrosonography correct diagnosis rate was 100%.Conclusion Ultrasonography is a convenient method to diagnose infant intussllseeption.With a higher accuracy rate.Which can be used as the differential diagnosis with other infant acute abdominal diseases.更多还原
