【摘要】 目的分析新生儿小肠闭锁的临床诊断方法以及治疗方法。方法回顾分析2009年至2011年我院收治的120例小肠闭锁的新生儿患者的临床资料。结果 120例患者治愈92例,占76.67%,死亡28例,占23.33%,42例患者伴有不同程度的畸形,对120例患者随访3个月～4年,患者生长发育相对良好。结论对新生儿实施早期的诊断以及治疗可显著提高患者的疗效。超声诊断对疾病的前期诊断方面有着重要意义。对于出现单发性小肠封闭患者,行肠切除单层吻合手术可取得较为理想的结果,而实施多个肠端吻合术联合长胃肠减压硅胶管手术则是治疗多发性肠闭锁的理想治疗手段。更多还原
