【摘要】 目的比较股骨粗隆间骨折两种手术方法。方法 45例老年股骨粗隆间骨折行手术治疗,锁定钢板16例,动力髋螺钉(dynamichipscrew,DHS)29例,观察指标包括手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、术后并发症、髋关节功能评分。结果随访6～24个月,两种手术方法的手术时间、骨折愈合时间、术后并发症、髋关节功能评分差异无统计学意义,术中岀血量差异有统计学意义。结论 DHS钢板与锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折都可以取得满意疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare two kinds of operations for femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods 45 cases were cured through operation,16 with locking plate,29 with DHS.Evaluation items included operation time,blood loss,bone union time,complication and hip score.Results Follow up 6～24 months,the difference between operation time,bone union time,complication and hip score had no statistically significance,but blood loss had.Conclusion Both DHS and locking plate have good effect on femoral intertrochanteric fractures.更多还原
