【摘要】 目的观察不同剂量阿托伐他汀对2型糖尿病合并血脂异常患者的临床疗效。方法将97例2型糖尿病合并血脂异常的患者随机分成A组31例,B组34例,C组32例,在常规降血糖的同时,每晚口服阿托伐他汀片A组10mg,B组20mg,C组40mg,观察口服药物后8周,患者TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、hs-CRP的变化。结果治疗8周后B组、C组TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显低于A组(P<0.05),B组C组HDL-C较A组明显上升(P<0.05),hs-CRP水平B组、C组较A组显著下降(P<0.01)。B组和C组之间差异无统计学意义,但C组较A组B组副作用大。结论 20mg阿托伐他汀片不仅能改善2型糖尿病合并血脂异常患者的血脂,还可以降低血浆hs-CRP水平,具有抗炎稳定斑块的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the different doses of Atorvastatin in type 2 diabetic dyslipidemia in patients with clinical efficacy.Methods 97 cases of type 2 diabetes and dyslipidemia were randomly divided into A group of 31 cases of B-group of 34 patients in group C 32 patients,while in the conventional hypoglycemic night oral tablets atorvastatin group A 10 mg,B group 20 mg,C group 40 mg,After 8 weeks,the patient TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,hs-CRP changes were analyzed.Results After 8 weeks,group B,group C,TC,TG,LDL-C levels were significantly lower than in group A (P<0.05),B Group Group C HDL-C than in group A increased significantly (P<0.05),hs-CRP level than the A group B group C was significantly decreased (P<0.01).Group B and C no significant difference between groups,but group C compared with Group A Group B side-effects.Conclusion 20 mg atorvastatin tablets can not only improve dyslipidemia in type 2 diabetic patients with blood lipids,can also reduce plasma hs-CRP levels,has anti-inflammatory role of plaque stability.更多还原
