全层抽线缝合与传统分层缝合阑尾切口的对比分析

【摘要】 目的比较60例阑尾切除术全层抽线缝合与传统分层缝合切口的疗效。方法将2008年4月至2011年3月我院的60例患儿分为两组,其中全层抽线缝合30例,传统分层缝合30例,比较两组患者的疗效。结果单纯性阑尾炎中,全层抽线缝合组切口感染率低于传统分层缝合组(P<0.05),两组手术时间、术后住院时间<7d的例数等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在化脓性和(或)坏疽性阑尾炎中,全层抽线缝合组在手术时间短于传统分层缝合组(P<0.05),全层抽线缝合组术后住院时间<7d的例数多于传统分层缝合组(P<0.05),全层抽线缝合组切口感染率低于传统分层缝合组(P<0.05)。结论全层抽线缝合是一种安全、有效、快捷、切口小、创伤小、操作简便的方法,可降低术后感染及窦道形成的发生率。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the 60 cases appendectomy pumping suture of full-thickness incision was sutured with the traditional layered effect.Methods 60 patients from April 2008 to March 2011 were divided into two groups,the full-thickness line pumping suture of 30 patients,the traditional layered suture of 30 patients,the efficacy of two groups were compared.Results In simple appendicitis,wound infection rate of the full-thickness line pumping suture group was lower than the traditional layered suture group (P<0.05),two groups of surgical time,postoperative hospital stay <7 d number of cases,and so no significant difference (P> 0.05).In suppurative and (or) gangrenous appendicitis,the full-thickness line pumping suture group operation time was shorter than the traditional layered suture group (P<0.05),the full-thickness line pumping suture group postoperative hospital stay <7 d number of cases more than the traditional layered suture group (P<0.05),wound infection rate of the full-thickness line pumping suture lower than the traditional layered suture group (P<0.05).Conclusion The full-thickness line pumping suture is a safe,effective,quick,small incision,less trauma,and easy device in appendectomy incision,it may be reduce postoperative infection and the incidence of sinus formation.
