【摘要】 目的比较热敏灸配合阴道侧穹窿穿刺注射治疗与常规治疗盆腔静脉瘀血综合征的疗效差异。方法将82例盆腔静脉瘀血综合征患者随机分为观察组(52例)及对照组(30例)。观察组采取热敏灸配合阴道侧穹窿穿刺;对照组按目前临床上常见的桂枝茯苓丸或艾附暖宫丸配合消炎痛等治疗。结果观察组愈显率90.4%,优于对照组的66.7%(P<0.01);观察组总有效率98.1%,亦优于对照组的86.7%(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸配合阴道侧穹窿穿刺注射治疗盆腔静脉瘀血综合征疗效明显优于常规治疗。更多还原
