【摘要】 目的探讨早期护理干预对全髋关节置换术患者术后功能康复的影响。方法将70全髋关节置换术患者随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组只是按骨科常规治疗护理,干预组除给予骨科常规护理外,为患者制定系统的早期护理干预计划:术前心理干预,术前康复指导、术后护理、术后全面的康复训练,比较两组髋关节功能恢复情况。结果 70例患者均得到随访,采用Harris髋关节功能评分标准评分,术后3个月干预组终末随访髋关节功能优良率达93.0%;对照组终末随访髋关节功能优良率达71.7%。干预组髋关节功能恢复的有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过实施早期、有计划、系统的护理干预,有效促进了患者术后髋关节功能康复,改善了患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the early nursing intervention on patients with total hip arthroplasty after functional rehabilitation. Methods 70 patients with total hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into intervention and control groups. Control group, only conventional treatment by orthopedic nursing, orthopedic intervention group was given routine care in addition, for the patient to develop systems of early care and intervention programs:preoperative psychological intervention, rehabilitation guidance preoperative and postoperative care, comprehensive rehabilitation after surgery two groups were compared the recovery of hip function. Results 70 patients were followed up, Harris hip function score using the standard score, the intervention group after 3 months follow-up of hip joint function terminals excellent rate of 93.0%; control terminals excellent follow-up rate of 71.7% hip joint function. Functional recovery of hip joint intervention group are more efficient than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion In the early days, a planned, systematic care interventions effective in promoting the rehabilitation of patients after hip joint function, improving the patient’s quality of life.更多还原
