刺蓝抗疲劳口服液提取工艺的研究

【摘要】 目的研究影响刺蓝抗疲劳口服液提取工艺因素,确定最佳条件。方法采用L9(34)进行正交设计试验,对刺蓝抗疲劳口服液提取工艺进行优选,以紫丁香苷、人参皂苷Rb1提取量及浸膏提取率为考察指标,考察加水量、提取时间、药材粒径对提取工艺的影响。结果最佳工艺条件为饮片加水煎煮二次,第一次加10倍水,煎煮2h,第二次加8倍水,煎煮1.5h。结论该工艺稳定可靠,简便易行,可用于刺蓝抗疲劳口服液的工业化生产。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the factor which has effect on the extraction of Cilan Kanpilao oral liquid,select the best process.Methods The extracting conditions were optimized by using L9(34) orthogonal test.Employing the content of Syringin,Ginsenoside Rb1 and the extraction ratio of extractum as indexes,the effects of the grain size of crude drugs,time andcycles of extracting,the amount of water on the extracting process were investigated.Results The optimal conditions were process herbs,10 times and 8 times amount of water for 2 cycles,and the extracting time was 2 hours and 1.5 hours in each time.Conclusion The process is stable and repiable,easy and available,suitable for manufacturing of Cilan Kanpilao oral liquid.
