【摘要】 目的比较自体牙移植于固有牙槽窝和人工牙槽窝的临床效果。方法选取下颌第一磨牙残根、残冠24例,下颌第一磨牙缺失22例,用种植机修整固有牙槽窝或制备人工牙槽窝,拔出自体第三磨牙,植入预备好的牙槽窝内。夹板固定复合树脂粘结4周,根尖已形成者术后2周行根管治疗。结果除人工牙槽窝组1例因松动拔除外,其余随访3年,均稳固,咀嚼功能正常。X-线片示移植牙与牙槽骨紧密贴合,固有牙槽窝组牙周膜及牙根完整性优于人工牙槽窝组。结论自体牙移植于固有牙槽窝和人工牙槽窝均能获得很好的稳固性和咀嚼功能,但在牙周膜形成及保持牙根完整性方面移植于固有牙槽窝优于人工牙槽窝。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of autologous teeth transplantation to connatural and artifical alveolar socket.Methods The research samples including two parts:24 cases with the first molar residual roots or residual crowns,and 22 cases with the first molar loss,connatural tooth socket and artifical tooth socket were prepared with the dental implant appliance,the third molar was extracted and transplanted to the alveolar sockets which had been prepared.Arch bar fix transplantation teeth with composit resin for 4 weeks,pulp therapy for mature tooth after operation 2 weeks.Results Execpt one teeth was extracted for mobile in artifical alveolar socket part.All the other cases were followed-up in three years,the donor teeth were fixedness and had normal chaw function.X-ray showed:transplantation teeth was adhere to alveolar,the periodenral membrane and teeth root were better in connatural alveolar socket part than that in artifical alveolar socket part.Conclusion Autologous teeth transplantation to connatural and artifical alveolar socket are successful therapy,but the periodenral membrane and teeth root are better in connatural alveolar socket part than that in artifical alveolar socket part.更多还原
