【摘要】 目的探讨四磨汤治疗2型糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效及对血清胃动素的影响。方法 44例2型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为两组:四磨汤治疗组与吗丁啉对照组,观察四磨汤治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效,并检测治疗前后两组胃动素的变化。血清胃动素测定以16例正常人作对照。结果胃轻瘫患者血浆胃动素水平明显高于正常人。两组治疗后均能降低血清胃动素水平,但以四磨汤更明显。四磨汤治疗组临床有效率高于吗丁啉组,副反应也较少。结论四磨汤是治疗2型糖尿病胃轻瘫的安全有效的药物,其机制可能与降低血浆胃动素关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Simotang on diabetic gastroparesis and the changes of motilin in type 2 diabetics. Methods 44 patients of diabetic gastroparesis in type 2 diabetics were divided into two groups randomly: the Simotang group and Domperidone control group.The clinical effect and the changes of motilin were observed.The other 16 healthy people served as the motilin group.Results Plasma motilins level was higher in diabetic gastroparesis than that in normals. Simotang could cure the diabetic gastroparesis and reduce the plasma motilin level significantly.The effective rate of Simotang group was higher than that of Domperidone control group.Simotang with less adverse side effect.. Conclusion Simotang is an ideal drug to cure the diabetic gastroparesis.The mechanism is related to the reduce of motilin.更多还原
