【Abstract】 The platysma myocutaneous flap has been used for various oral and facial defects reconstruction for about 30 years.It can provide an adequate amount of pliable tissue that is sufficient for small to medium-sized skin or mucosal de fects in the face or mouth,and gives a satisfactory cosmetic re sult.Because of its relative ease of survival and low donor-site morbidity,the platysma flap should not be overlooked as a re constructive option for both functional and cosmetic reasons.更多还原
