【摘要】 目的:研究和修订清瘟解毒片质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对清瘟解毒片中的葛根、赤芍、白芷进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定黄芩苷的含量。结果:葛根、赤芍、白芷的TLC鉴别法专属性强,简单可行。HPLC含量测定,黄芩苷在21～1.68 mg.L-1与峰面积成良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9,n=5);黄芩苷的回收率为97.49%,RSD 0.32%。结论:该法能更为有效的控制清瘟解毒片的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Study and revise the quality standard of Qingwen Jiedu tablets.Method:Pueraria radix,Paeoniae radix rubra,Angelicae dahuricae radix in Qingwen Jiedu tablets were identified by TLC method and the content of baicalin was determined by HPLC.Result:TLC identification method for Pueraria radix,Paeoniae radix rubra,Angelicae dahuricae radix was simple and feasible with strong specificity.Baicalin content was linear in the range of 21-168 mg·L-1,the recovery was 97.49%,RSD 0.32%.Conclusion:The method can effectively control the quality of Qingwen Jiedu tablets.更多还原
