GC-MS分析不同产地六棱菊挥发油的化学成分
Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Volatile Oil of Lager alata from Various Habitats by GC-MS
【摘要】 目的:分析比较不同地区六棱菊挥发油成分。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏法提取六棱菊挥发油,用气相-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对挥发油成分进行分析,并通过峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:其中南宁六棱菊鉴定出42种化合物,并确定了其相对含量,占总含量的87.9%以上,主要含芳杂环酸、单萜类、倍半萜类化合物。上思县六棱菊鉴定出43种化合物,并确定了其相对含量,占总含量的82.0%以上,主要含芳杂环类、酮类、单萜类,倍半萜类化合物。结论:不同地区的六棱菊挥发油化学成分有显著差异。
【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Lager alata collected in different regions.Method: The chemical constituents of volatile oil were extracted by distillation and analyzed by GC-MS and relative content of volatile oil was determined by peak area normalization method.Result: Fourty-two components were identified in L.alata from Nanning,which accounted for 87.9% of the total relative content.The main chemical compositions in the studied sample were heterocyclic aromatic acid,monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids.43 components were identified in L.alata from Shangsi county,which accounted for 82.0% of the total relative content.The main chemical compositions in the studied sample were heterocyclic aromatic,ketones,monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids.Conclusion: The study offers theoretic base for utilization of L.alata.
