【摘要】 目的:修订提高岩陀药材的质量标准。方法:收集20批岩陀药材,以岩陀中主要成分岩白菜素为指标,分别采用TLC和HPLC进行定性鉴别和含量测定研究,其余检查项目参照中国药典方法进行检测。结果:对岩陀的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、薄层色谱鉴别、岩白菜素含量等质量标准项目进行了全面的系统研究和归纳。结论:实验研究可作为岩陀药材质量标准的修订内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To revise and improve the quality standard of Rodgersiae Rhizoma.Method:Twenty batches of Rodgersiae Rhizoma were collected.TLC was used to identify bergenin and the content of bergenin was determined by HPLC.The rest inspection items were detected according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Result:The quality standard was studied systematically on specific items,such as the moisture,the ashes,the acid-insoluble ashes,the ethanol-soluble extracts,the TLC diagnosis and the content of bergenin.Conclusion:The study can be used for the emendatory content to the quality standard of Rodgersiae Rhizoma.更多还原
