【摘要】 目的:建立赶山鞭中金丝桃苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用VP-ODS C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86)为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为360 nm为HPLC检测条件测量7批赶山鞭含量。结果:赶山鞭中的金丝桃苷含量侧定方法在0.099 8～0.998 0时进样量与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为100.11%,RSD 1.20%。结论:所建立的方法准确、灵敏、重复性好,可用于赶山鞭的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the determination method of hyperin content in Hypericum attenuatum Choisy.Method:VP-ODS Cl8(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm)colmnn was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid water(16∶ 84);with the flow rate as 1.0 mL.min-1,the detection wavelength was at 360 nm.Result:The linear relation of hyperin was good in the range from 0.099 8 to 0.998 0 μg.The average recovery was 100.11%,RSD 1.20%.Conclusion:The method established is accurate,sensitive and good in reproducibility.It can be applied to the qualitycontrol of H.attenuatum更多还原
