【摘要】 在全球性生态危机被人类清醒地认识到后,全球环境依然加速恶化,其主要原因在于各个主权国家在经济全球化过程中追求狭隘的国家利益,极为缺乏把全人类的共同环境利益和地球生态系统的健康和安全放在首位的生态道德。如果主权国家不能形成生态道德,克服国家形态上的伦理利己主义,国际环境正义也就不可能真正得以实现,全球的环境保护事业将遭受严重阻碍。因此,每一个主权国家能否确立生态道德,就成为人类能否有效抑制全球环境加速恶化的重要伦理前提。更多还原

【Abstract】 Although the global ecological crisis has been clearly aware of by mankind,the deterioration of environment continues.The main reason for this is that each sovereign state in the economic globalization process is in pursuit of parochial national interests,and lacks eco-ethics that puts priority on human common environmental benefits and on Earth ecosystem health and safety.If sovereign states could not develop eco-ethics,and overcome the ethical egoism in the national sense,then environmental justice will not be realized and the global environment protection cause will be severely hampered.Therefore,whether all sovereign state can establish eco-ethics is the important ethical premise for whether mankind can inhibit the accelerating deterioration of global environment.更多还原
