【摘要】 中国高铁技术发展迅猛,目前学界对高铁的研究限于技术层面,鉴于高铁运行之后引发的广泛社会争论,本文从技术哲学的视角对高铁技术的来源、运作和影响三个方面的问题,进行哲学探析。认为我国高铁技术应该实现从集成创新转向到原创性创新,以自主创新打破技术的"黑箱"桎梏;从单一技术到多元技术,以摆脱"巨机器"奴役;从单纯重视交通经济利益到经济利益与社会效益和环境效益相统一,以保持人、社会、自然三者之间的和谐发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Although the rapid development of China high-speed railway’s technology,the research about high-speed railway system has only been limited to the technical level.In view of extensive social debatition after CRH system operated,this paper regards the analysis on the source? operation and influence about CRH-tech in the Horizon of Philosophy of Technology.To keep the harmonious development of human,the society and the nature,the paper argue that we should make great efforts in there repects: the transform from integrated innovation to original innovation in CRH-tech should be realized,breaking the fetters of the "black box".Changing from single technology to diversified technology,getting rid of enslave from "Mega-Machine".And paying attention to integrate between the traffic economic interests and social&environmental benefits.更多还原
