楤木总皂苷对S180小鼠肿瘤生长及免疫细胞功能的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究楤木总皂苷的体内抗肿瘤活性及对荷瘤小鼠免疫细胞功能的影响。方法:以小鼠肉瘤细胞S180为移植性肿瘤模型,观察对小鼠肿瘤生长的影响;采用小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬试验、淋巴细胞转化试验和迟发型超敏反应观察对荷瘤小鼠免疫细胞功能的影响。结果:楤木总皂苷400 mg/kg对S180的肿瘤生长有一定的抑制作用,抑瘤率达33.63%;楤木总皂苷200、400 mg/kg能增强S180小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力、提高T淋巴细胞的转化率和促进DTH反应(P<0.05或P<0.01),且呈现出较好的量效关系。结论:楤木总皂苷具有一定的体内抗肿瘤活性,且能增强荷瘤小鼠的免疫细胞功能。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the antitumor activity of total saponin of Aralia in vivo and the effect on immunological function in tumor-bearing mice.Methods: The effect of tumor growth was observed by implanted sarcoma 180(S180) model.Test on celiac macrophage phagocytosis in mice,lymphocyte transformation test and delayed-type hypersensitivity(DTH) were used to observe the effect on immunological function of mice bearing tumor.Results: Total saponin of Aralia could depress the growth of S180 at a concentration of 400 mg/kg,and its tumor inhibitory rate was 33.63%.The phagotrophic activity of peritoneal macrophage,the transformation efficiency of T-lymphocyte and delayed-type hypersensitivity(DTH) of mice in total saponin of Aralia treated group were enhanced(P<0.05 or P< 0.01),and exhibited a good dose-response manner.Conclusion:Total saponin of Aralia shows an anti-tumor activity in vivo and enhances the function of immunological cells.
