【摘要】 目的:评价及加强住院医的消化内科临床技能水平并进行效果评价。方法:对在消化内科轮转的32名住院医进行腹部查体和三腔二囊管操作技能强化培训,培训前后分别用临床技能考核系统进行评分。结果:在进行专科临床技能强化培训后住院医师腹部查体(t=-7.768,P<0.01)及三腔二囊管操作(t=-7.142,P<0.01)评分有显著性提高。结论:消化内科专科临床技能强化培训可以有效提高专科临床实践能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess and increase the digestive clinical skills.Methods: 32 residents rotating in digestive department received special training on the abdominal physical examination and Sengstaken-Blakemore tube operation.Their skills were evaluated by a scoring-system before and after the training.Results: After the training,there was a significant increase of the abdominal physical examination(t=-7.768,P<0.01) and Sengstaken-Blakemore tube operation skills(t=-7.142,P<0.01).Conclusion: The special training could increase the residents’ digestive clinical skills significantly.更多还原
