【摘要】 目的:研究医学生的心理健康状况及特点,为心理健康教育与咨询工作提供针对性建议。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对昆明医学院513名本科生和117名研究生进行测查,对不同群体进行比较。结果:医学生在强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性因子上与全国常人常模有极其显著的差异,心理健康水平在学历、年级、家庭所在地、家庭类型、经济状况变量上存在显著差异。结论:医学生整体心理健康状况良好,应对特殊群体予以关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the mental health state and the characteristics of medical undergraduates,provide specific recommendations for mental health education and counseling.Method: The investigation was conducted among 513 undergraduates and 117 graduate students in Kunming Medical University with Symptom Checklist 90 Scale(SCL-90),and the results of different groups were compared.Result: There are significant differences on Ob,De,An,Ph and Ps factors between the score of medical undergraduates and the national norm;academic qualification,grade,family location,family type and economic condition variables have influence on mental health.Conclusion: General level of mental health of medical undergraduates is fine,and the special groups should be concerned.更多还原
