【Abstract】 In this paper,a new algorithm for the bi-level programming model of discrete network equilibrium design problem is proposed.The upper model is solved by the genetic algorithm and the lower model by the Frank-Wolf algorithm.The numerical results show that this algorithm is effective and can solve the problem quickly.更多还原
