【摘要】 目的研究桑科植物汉麻果胶中有效成分总黄酮的提取分离工艺。方法采用正交实验进行提取工艺的优选,应用紫外-可见分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量。结果总黄酮最佳提取工艺,采用80%的乙醇溶液回流提取3次,溶剂量分别为15、10、8倍,提取温度85℃,单次回流时间1.5 h。结论所选提取工艺切实可行,确保有效成分提取完全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the extraction technique of active constituents in China-Hemp pectin.Methods Orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction technique and UV/ VIS spectrum was used to ascertain the total flavonoids.Results The optimum extraction was 80% ethanol refluxing extraction for 3 times and each for 1.5 h.The amount of solvent was 15,10,and 8 times,and the temperature was 85 ℃.Conclusion The method is feasible and economical,which can extract the active ingredients.更多还原
