【摘要】 目的观察康妇消炎栓联合聚焦超声治疗宫颈良性病变的100例临床疗效。方法将宫颈良性病变行聚焦超声治疗的患者200例,随机分为2组:A组为康妇消炎栓组,于术后常规口服抗菌药物防感染3 d,并于术后当日予以康妇消炎栓1枚塞肛门,1次.d-1,共14 d;B组为对照组,术后仅用抗菌药物。2组患者分别于术后2、4、8周复诊,观察其临床症状如腰酸、下腹坠胀、阴道排液情况、宫颈表面愈合情况等。结果 A组术后腰酸、下腹坠胀症状明显减轻,阴道排液减少,宫颈表面愈合快,与B组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论康妇消炎栓联合聚焦超声治疗宫颈良性病变可有效减少不良反应,取得满意疗效,便于临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Kangfu Xiaoyan Shuan(herbal medicine) and focused ultrasound on 100 patients with benign cervix lesion.Methods A tatal of 200 patients with benign cervix lesion who received focused ultrasound were divided to 2 groups randomly.Patients in group A took oral antibiotics for 3 d after the surgery.and Kangfu Xiaoyan Shuan was used in the anus after the surgery once daily for 14 d.Patients in group B took oral antibiotics only after the surgery.Both group A and B revisited 2,4 and 8 weeks after the surgery to observe their clinical symptoms.Results Patients in group A significantly reduced their backache,lower abdominal bulge,and vaginal discharge and the cervical surface healed quickly compared with group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfu Xiaoyan Shuan combining focused ultrasound for patients with benign cervix lesion can reduce the side effect.更多还原
