【摘要】 目的:探讨基层医院ICU护理管理方法,提高护理管理的质量。方法:选择2008年1月-2009年12月进行ICU监护的患者762例。按时间段分为两组:2008年度组(对照组),2009年度组(观察组)。观察两组患者在护理过程中的院内感染率、护理缺陷率、意外脱管率等情况,并对院内感染的发生情况进行统计分析。结果:两组患者在院内感染率、护理缺陷率及意外拔管率都存在明显差异(P<0.05),2009年度各项指标明显低于2008年度。在2009年度,院内感染共30例患者发生感染约占6.97%,发生率是最高的。院内感染的来源位于前3位的分别是:留置尿管、中心静脉管和呼吸系统感染。在留置尿管、中心静脉管感染方面,2009年度感染率明显低于2008年度,且两者具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:护理人员要充分认识到护理管理的重要性,不断提高护理管理的质量,为患者营造一个良好的护理环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the management approaches to ICU nursing in primary hospitals.Methods762 patients were divided into two groups: 2008 year group(control group) and 2009 year group(study group).The occurrence rate of infection in hospital,the occurrence rate of extubation and the incidence of nursing defects were observed.Results Compared with the 2008 year group,the occurrence rate of infection in hospital,the occurrence rate of extubation and the incidence of nursing defects in 2009 year group had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing staff should fully realize the importance of nursing management and constantly improve the quality of nursing management of patients,so as to create a good environment of nursing care.更多还原
