【摘要】 目的:探讨彩色多谱勒超声和X线钼靶在乳腺健康体检中的应用价值。方法:4 828例女性同时进行彩色多谱勒超声和X线钼靶检查,检查结果经随访、穿刺、MRI、手术及病理诊断进行回顾性分析。结果:4 828例超声检查检出乳腺异常1 513例,占31.34%。X线钼靶检查检出乳腺异常1 394例,占28.87%,根据检出疾病的发生率高低,分别是乳腺增生,乳腺囊肿,乳腺增生结节,乳腺纤维瘤,乳腺癌。结论:超声在区分乳腺小结节及乳腺结节的囊实性方面,以及随访观察方面有优势。X线钼靶在发现乳腺肿块内细小钙化方面有优势,在健康体检时首选超声进行筛查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of Doppler ultrasonography and molybdenum target X-ray in breast health examination.Methods 4 828 cases of female patients received Doppler ultrasonography and molybdenum target X-ray examination simultaneously in breast health examination.All results were compared with the findings in MRI,and pathology retrospectively.Results Among the 4 828 cases,the number of breast abnormality were found to be 1 513 cases(accounting for 31.34%) by ultrasonography and 1 394 cases(accounting for 28.87%) by molybdenum target X-ray.According to the incidence rate ranking,the breast abnormalities were breast hyperplasia,breast cyst,breast hypersia nodule,breast fibroadenoma,and breast carcinoma respectively.Conclusion Ultrasonography possesses the advantages of identifying breast nodules,cystic or solid and follow-up.Molybdenum target X-ray possesses the advantage s of identifying fine calcification within breast lump.Ultrasonography can be of first choice in health screening.更多还原
