【摘要】 目的:探讨医务人员公共卫生和临床医学整合认知状况。方法:以分层随机抽样法选择宁波市不同级别医院1 539名医务人员进行无记名问卷调查。结果:67.4%的人员认为医院防保部门能够适应目前公共卫生和临床医学整合工作,48.3%人员认为目前医院与疾控中心合作关系好,52.0%人员认为已建立了危机管理系统,56.8%人员认为危机管理指挥系统可操作性强。结论:宁波市医务人员在危机管理等方面尚存在薄弱环节,提示应进一步加强公共卫生和临床医学整合教育和培训,加强一体化卫生信息系统建设,提升突发公共卫生事件应急处置能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the cognition status quo of public health and clinic initiative among medical staffs.Methods By stratified random sampling,1539 medical staffs from different hospitals in Ningbo were enrolled in an anonymous questionnaire investigation.Results 67.4% medical workers thought that hospital preventive care department could suit the needs of the present public health and clinic initiative task.48.3% had a good impression of present cooperation relation between center for disease control and prevention and hospital.52.0% thought that the crisis management system had been built.56.8% thought that the crisis management command system had good operation.Conclusions There were some weaknesses such as crisis management among medical staffs in Ningbo city.It was recommended that we should further strengthen public health and clinic initiative education and training,improve the integrated health information system,and improve the ability to handle public health emergency.更多还原
