稻瘟病监测预测方法研究现状及流行风险评估体系构建初探

【摘要】 稻瘟病是水稻生产上最主要的病害之一,对稻瘟病的发生流行状况进行准确的监测预测是有效防治病害的前提和基础。分析了应用菌源信息、气象因子信息和水稻冠层光谱信息3个方面对稻瘟病监测预测的国内外研究现状,总结了现有监测预测方法存在的主要问题和技术难点,从系统研究的角度出发,提出了应用与稻瘟病发生相关多源信息构建病害流行风险评估体系的研究思路。提出的稻瘟病监测预测方法可提高病害的监测预测精度,同时也对其他病害监测预测的理论和方法具有重要的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 Rice blast is one of the most serious diseases in rice production, and precise monitoring and predicting on the occurrence and epidemic condition of rice blast is the basis of effective disease prevention and control. In this paper, present status of rice blast monitoring and prediction was analyzed from three aspects of application bacteria information, meteorological information and rice canopy spectral information. Problems and difficulties concerning with different methods of monitoring and prediction were summarized. Based on the above analysis, the method of establishing disease epidemic risk assessment system applying multi-source information relative with blast occurrence was put forward from the perspective of system research. The study can advance the precision of rice blast monitoring and prediction and also give references to other diseases monitoring and prediction.
