【摘要】 为探讨留兰香挥发油对植物真菌的体外抑制效果,应用水中蒸馏法提取留兰香挥发油并配制成不同浓度的挥发油乳液,用试管二倍稀释法对选取的3种植物真菌:玉米大斑病菌、番茄灰霉病菌、辣椒疫霉病菌进行体外抑菌试验。结果表明:留兰香挥发油乳液对玉米大斑病菌在24h内有一定的抑菌效果,而在36h、48h观察时抑菌效果减弱至消失;对番茄灰霉病菌有较好的抑菌杀菌效果,在高浓度时有杀菌效果,低浓度时有抑菌效果;对辣椒疫霉病菌则没有抑菌效果。以上结果表明,留兰香挥发油乳液对部分植物真菌具有良好地抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the inhibitory activity on plant eumycete in vitro of spearmint oil,which was extracted by steam distillation method and prepared to different concentration.3 kinds of plant eumycete: Helminthosporium turcicum,Botrytis cinerea and Phytophthora capsici were chosen for test by using double dilution of test tube method.The results showed that: Spearmint oil exhibited some inhibitory activity on Helminthosporium turcicum at 24 h.But the activities weaken and vanished at 36 h and 48 h.It exhibited fine inhibitory activity against Botrytis cinerea.It also exhibited little inhibitory activity on Phytophthora capsici.Spearmint oil exhibited fine inhibitory activity against some plant eumycete.更多还原
