【摘要】 生态旅游是新型的可持续发展的绿色环保旅游,生态旅游在我国起步比较晚,发展过程中出现了一些不利于生态旅游可持续发展的问题,必须通过生态旅游立法的不断完善加以解决。借鉴国外立法例,结合中国国情,可以实行分层次立法,在建立全国性《生态旅游法》前提下,各地方立法机构可以根据本地实际制定相应条例规章,规范生态旅游各利益相关方的权利与义务,确保生态旅游的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a new type of sustainable and green travelling,eco-tourism started relatively late in China.In the process of its development,there are some problems that are not conducive to sustainable development of eco-tourism,which contributes to the needs of improving the legislation of eco-tourism.Legislation can be implemented at different levels,combining foreign legislation with China’s actual conditions.After the national Eco-tourism Law is established,local legislature can make appropriate rules according to local situation to regulate the rights and obligation of each stakeholder and ensure the sustainability of eco-tourism.更多还原
