抗菌肽的基因工程研究及应用
Antibacterial peptide and application of genetic engineering
【摘要】 抗菌肽(Antimicrobial Peptides)是由生物细胞特定基因编码,经特定外界条件诱导产生的一类多肽,它是生物界中广泛存在的一类生物活性小肽,是两性分子,常带正电荷。抗菌多肽广泛存在于多种生物体内,具有广谱抗菌、调节免疫、抑制肿瘤等多种生物功效,作用机制独特,是目前基因工程研究的热点之一。抗菌肽以及人工合成的抗菌肽基因可以通过动植物体表达并呈现出相应的抗菌活性。就抗菌多肽的一般特性及其在基因工程的应用进行了系统地介绍,旨在为了解和研究抗菌肽动态的科研人员提供参考。
【Abstract】 Antibacterial peptide is a kind of peptide that consists of biological cells of specific gene encoding and induced by a specific external condition,which exists widely in biological activity of a class of small peptide,being amphipathic molecule,often with a positive charge.Antibacterial peptide is widely distributed in various biological body,with broad-spectrum antibacterial,immune,inhibition of tumor and other biological effects,and unique mechanism of action,and it is one of hot issue of genetic engineering.Antibacterial peptide and its synthetic peptide gene can be expressed in plant and animal body and has antibacterial activity.The general characteristics of antibacterial peptides and its application in genetic engineering system is introduction to provide a reference for scientific research of antibacterial peptides.
