喀斯特城市3种森林类型物种多样性研究

【摘要】 采用典型样方法,研究了喀斯特贵阳市3种林分(杨树林、刺槐+梓树林、灌木林)的物种多样性,分别计算各林分的物种丰富度指数、Shannon-Wiener指数、Simpson指数、Pielou均匀度指数和生态优势度指数。结果表明:(1)杨树林林分中出现植物19种,隶属于14科18属。刺槐+梓树林林分中出现植物12种,隶属于10科11属。灌木林林分中出现植物26种,隶属于17科25属。(2)3种林分中,杨树林和刺槐+梓树林乔木层结构简单,均存在明显的优势种,灌木层和草本层物种多样性均匀度高,表明优势种不突出,分布均匀。灌木林植物种类及个体丰富,多样性较高,草本层种类稀少,均匀度高,但灌木林总体均匀度低。各林分的物种多样性总体呈现逐渐升高,优势度趋于下降,而林分的均匀度基本上保持比较高而稳定的状态。(3)在林分生长过程中,乔木层物种丰富度逐渐增加,灌木层的物种丰富度在灌木林阶段达到最大值,以后随着乔木树种的发展而下降;草本层的多样性指数在不同阶段呈先上升后下降,其中群落复杂程度是影响植物物种多样性的一个重要因子。研究结果可为喀斯特地区城市森林植被演替的物种选择和保护生物多样性提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 Based on plant communities and plots investigation in three forest types(Populus forest,Robinia pseudoacacia+Catalpabungei forest,shrubbery) in karst vegetation of Guiyang,indices of Margalef species richness index,Shannon-Wiener index,Simpson index,Shannon-Wiener index,Pielou evenness index,and ecological dominance index of the plots were calculated by using typical quadrat sampling method.The results show that:(1) there were 19 species belonging to 14 families 18 genera in Populus forest,12 species belonging to 10 families 11 genera in Robinia pseudoacacia+Catalpabungei forest,26 species belonging to 17 families 25 genera in shrubbery.(2)in the three forests,for tree layer,the structure of Populus forest and Robinia pseudoacacia+Catalpabungei forest was simple,both forests had dominance species;for the shrub layer and grass layer,the species diversity and uniformity were high,which indicate that the dominance species was not stand out,and the distribution was equal.The diversity indices of grass layer was high but in the total forest the uniformity was low.The species diversity raised step by step and the evenness of the forest community remained stable,while the ecological dominance of the communities tends to decline.(3) For tree layer,Simpson and Shannon-Wiener index were went up during the forest grow process.The richness of shrub reached highest in shrubby,but with the develop of tree the riches was declined.For the grass layer,the diversity index was climbed up then declined down in the different phrase,besides the community complexity was one of important factor influence the forest species diversity.The results can provide a scientific basis for protection and species choose in the forest succession.
