【Abstract】 The extraction conditions of gardenia yellow pigment were studied.The results showed gardenia yellow pigment had its absorbance maximum at 440nm.When the centrifugation was conducted at 4000r/min and 4℃ for 20min,the optimal conditions for water extraction of gardenia yellow pigment were determined by orthogonal test as follows: the ratio of material to water 1∶ 5,extraction temperature 60℃ and extraction time 30min.更多还原
