热轧带钢层流冷却仿真系统的开发及应用
Development and application of laminar cooling simulation system for hot strip rolling
【摘要】 以德盛1 150 mm热轧带钢层流冷却系统为研究对象,通过对系统进行研究,建立带钢温降二维有限差分方程模型,并利用现场实测数据对模型中部分参数进行辨识和修正,使得模型更加符合现场实际,得到层流冷却过程中带钢温度变化和温度场分布,模型验证结果与实际测量结果相符。应用计算机仿真技术,在VC++环境下开发出数学模型和控制算法相结合的层流冷却仿真系统,系统具有友好的人机交互界面(HMI)。该仿真系统具有卷取温度预报仿真、模型参数的优化仿真、集管开启预设定仿真等诸多功能,可以有效地进行层流冷却过程的各种仿真实验,尤其是在实际生产过程中不便进行或不能进行的工况的仿真研究,全面系统地仿真分析各种因素对带钢冷却的影响规律和带钢温度的变化规律,为层流冷却系统的设计、控制策略、控制方法的研究及产品质量的改善提供软测量和实验平台。系统仿真结果已经在现场实际生产控制中得到了应用,结果满足在线生产要求。
【Abstract】 Using Desheng 1 150 mm hot strip mill laminar cooling system as the study object,two-dimension finite difference model was set up through the research on the system.To make the model more in line with the actual,some parameters of the model were identified and mended by the measured data.Strip temperature change curve and temperature field distribution were calculated by the model.The verification results of the model are very accordant with the measured results.Using computer simulation technology,the mathematical model and control algorithms combined laminar cooling simulation system with friendly HMI was developed in VC++ platform.The simulation system with coiling temperature prediction function,model parameter optimization function and cooling group open pre-setup function can be efficiently used to simulate cooling process,especially for the inconvenience or not working conditions in the actual production process.Comprehensive and systematic simulation analysis of various factors on the influence law of strip cooling and the change rule of the strip temperature were made.The simulation system provides a soft measurement and experimental platform for the system design,control strategy,control method optimization and product quality improvement.The simulated results are used in 1 150 mm strip line and the results completely meet online production requirements.
